WNC TROUT JAMBOREE
May 24, 2008

**IMPORTANT - READ BEFORE SIGNING APPLICATION**

-Each vendor is responsible for their own taxes.

-Payment must be submitted with application. Checks returned from the bank for any reason will void your show eligibility and you will incur penalty fees. Your canceled check will be your only receipt.

-Once your space rental is confirmed, you are committed to be open during all scheduled hours (Saturday, May 24, 10am-9pm). No refunds will be made, however if you have an emergency and you advise us in time to resell your space, your fee will be returned.

-Due to the limited electricity service on the festival grounds, anyone in need of electricity should be prepared to provide for themselves. If you require electricity there will be an additional charge. Water is also very limited so each booth must be self-contained and independently operated.

-All food vendors must apply for a temporary food service permit through the Macon County Health Department. And be equipped with a fire extinguisher.

-All attraction & food vendors must provide us with proof of insurance. All attractions must also meet safety inspections which will be performed by County officials the day of the event.

-All booths must furnish their own tent covers for booths, tables etc. Please be prepared for inclement weather as there are no rain dates.

-Set-up and break down times will be enforced. No vehicles are allowed in the show area before closing time. Set-up will be Saturday, May 24 beginning at 7am and breakdown will be after 9pm on Saturday, May 24.

-Security will be provided Saturday, May 24 after 9pm. The Franklin Chamber of Commerce or Macon County Recreation will not be responsible for loss of theft or natural causes.

-On-site parking will be available for all vendors. Craft & retail vendors will not be allowed to drive to their booth so they will be required to carry their goods a short distance. Assistance will be provided if needed.
